Trail & Race Etiquette

 

  • Don't go out for a run, walk, or attend the Kensington Marathon if you are feeling ill or have flu-like symptoms. 
    If you have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days (without a negative test after) - STAY HOME!
    If you have been knowingly exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days - STAY HOME!

  • Do respect community regulations in parks, tracks, and multi-use trails.

  • Do run single-file, not two abreast unless there is ample public space to do so.  Don't force others off of a sidewalk or trail by hogging the space.   Please be respectful of other runners space (in both directions).
